Meet Banks Group Holdings

Before we get started

A few practical questions.

Can we start with a single project?

Yes. Start with a building repair, a common-area improvement, or a capital project. Share the property location, scope of work, and target schedule. Ongoing service can be structured under a separate maintenance agreement.

What does a maintenance agreement include?

The agreement defines the areas and tasks covered, service frequency, reporting, site access, and pricing. It also establishes how repairs outside the recurring scope are proposed and approved, so management can distinguish scheduled service from additional work.

Do you work with HOA boards and community managers?

Yes. We work with community managers and boards on common-area maintenance, deferred repairs, and capital improvements. The process starts with a written scope and follows the association’s approval, scheduling, and resident-communication requirements.

How are changes to the work handled?

The project scope establishes the approval process. If field conditions or requested changes affect the work, cost, or schedule, those impacts are documented and reviewed with the authorized representative before the additional work proceeds.

Where do you work?

Our focus is San Diego County. Include the property address, requested work, and any bid or completion deadline so we can review project fit and scheduling.
